About us

Andreas Grauer joined Avex Aviation Experts AG in 2003. He studied business administration at the University of Erlangen-Nurnberg as well as in Law at the University of Konstanz. He graduated with distinction.

Since 1989 he has been a practising lawyer in Konstanz / Germany, specialising in aviation law, intellectual property and economic law (www.grauer-anwaelte.de).

Since 1991 Andreas Grauer has been an active airline pilot for major European airlines (Deutsche BA, Swiss Intl.) and accumulated more than 6,500 hours, thereof 4,000 hours as pilot-in-command. He is still flying as captain on business jets. Additionally, he is qualified as a:

• CRM trainer, approved by Swiss FOCA and German LBA
• Quality Manager and auditor approved by Swiss FOCA and German LBA
• SMS manager approved by German LBA
• IS-BAO accredited auditor and consultant

At Avex, Andreas Grauer is responsible for the Quality and Safety Management as well as for our Qperfect services. He also is in charge of the training department. Furthermore, he is available to our customers as senior consultant.

He speaks German, English and Italian.
